That’s where I come in. I’ll help you feel comfortable, keep portraits relaxed and guided, and document the real
moments happening around you. From the happy tears to the dance-floor chaos, we’ll make space for the meaningful moments while creating beautiful images you’ll love looking back on.
Think of this guide as a little introduction to how I work, what’s included, and which collection might fit your day best.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
Gentle guidance. You don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll help with flattering prompts and direction while leaving room for the real moments to unfold.
A storytelling approach. I blend candid moments with thoughtfully composed portraits and all the little in-between moments, so your gallery feels full, personal, and true to your day.
Your own personal hype-girl. I will fluff your train, fly your veil, read the room when you start getting overwhelmed by your aunt asking you questions for the 4th time in under 10 minutes, and cry with you during your first look with your loved ones.
A calm, supportive presence. I’ll help us make a realistic photo timeline and adapt when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned.
A team you can feel good about. With all of my packages, my husband Jason will be by my side to either help with flying the veil or grabbing the bouquet, or helping document your day through different angles, giving you another way to revisit the moments and atmosphere you’ll want to remember.
My goal is to give you more than a gallery of pretty pictures. I want you to feel cared for, enjoy the experience, and have photographs that bring you right back to the people and emotions of your wedding day.

We’ll talk through your plans, priorities, and questions so you can feel confident that we’re a good fit.
No Travel fees
All of my packages have no travel fees or sales tax attached! The price you get from us is the final price.
Payment Plans
We know how stressful a wedding can be! That's why we offer no-interest payment plans for all of our packages. Let us know if you are interested in a payment plan.
Timeline guidance
We’ll make space for portraits without packing every minute of the day, so you can actually enjoy your wedding.
Portrait direction that feels natural I’ll offer prompts and guidance to help you feel confident, even if being photographed feels a little awkward at first.
Candid storytelling + portraits
Your gallery will include the people and details you planned for, along with the in-between moments that make the day
yours.
A private online gallery
You’ll be able to revisit your images, share them with loved ones, and download your photographs in one convenient
place.
Print-ready memories
Your package includes personal printing rights so you can turn favorite photographs into keepsakes for your home and
family.

You’re not alone and you don’t need to arrive knowing how to pose.
Most couples aren’t professional models, and I don’t expect you to be! I’ll give you simple direction, help with flattering poses, and encourage you to focus on each other instead of the camera. We’ll create portraits that look beautiful while still feeling like you.

Getting Ready Shots & Details
I will start getting detail shots of the venue, dress, shoes, rings, jewelry, bouquet, invitations, perfume, hair & makeup finishing touches, candid moments with your friends and family while you're getting ready
for your long-awaited day!

Wedding Party Photos
Portraits with the entire wedding party! Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Individual portraits with each.

Ceremony Time
This is finally the time you've both been waiting so patiently for!
You get to marry your best friend and look absolutely stunning
as you do so!

Ceremony Ends and Family Formals Begin
Once the ceremony ends, we'll immediately go into family formals! This is usually the biggest chunk of the day for photos but don't worry! We'll keep it fun and smooth through them so they can go and enjoy cocktail hour as soon as possible!

Signing of Marriage License + Wedding Portraits
After getting some cute shots of you two holding your license, we'll head out and try to get some newlywed portraits! But this won't be the only time we take pictures of just the two of you!

Grand Entrance
When everyone is ready with anticipation, the wedding party makes their entrance into the reception!

Sunset Portraits
Normally some time after dinner, I will come up to you and ask if you two would like some beautiful Golden Hour Portraits! We only need about 15 minutes for this.

Speeches
This is where the people you love most can share some of their favorite things about the two of you or roast you with love!

Cutting the Cake & First Dance
Some of the cutest pictures can come from these moments!

Videography is available as an add-on to your photography package. Reach out for a custom quote based on your wedding day coverage and filming needs.
Wedding album — Your wedding photos deserve to be enjoyed beyond a screen.
Turn your favorite memories into a beautiful, professionally designed wedding album that you can hold, share with loved ones, and revisit for years to come. From the quiet, meaningful moments to the joyful
celebrations, your album brings your wedding story
together in a timeless keepsake you can pass down through generations.
Wedding albums are available as an add-on to your photography package, so you can create something special with the images you love most.

A quick note about choosing coverage
It can be hard to know exactly how many hours you’ll need before your timeline is finalized.
That’s why I’m happy to talk through your plans with you. We’ll look at the moments that matter most,
the locations you’ll be using, and the pace you want for your day.
My goal is to help you choose coverage that feels right—not to push you
into more than you need.

Wedding Timeline Planning
We’ll set up a relaxed call to hear more about your plans, talk through what you're envisioning, and answer any questions you have.
If it feels like a good fit, I’ll help you figure out the best coverage
for your day and walk you through reserving your date.
A few months out, we'll start emailing back and forth planning the timeline and really nail it down. I absolutely recommend planning space for the two of you to breath and not having a tight timeline so you're not rushing around on your most special day!

Reviewing the Contract
Wedding Day
I'll send over the contract for you and your fiancé to read
and review. I'm more than happy to answer any questions
that may come up!
It's finally here! The day that you've been planning for so long! Jason and I will be there, capturing fun candids, gently guided poses, and all the moments in between! We'll be your own personal hype team! We'll fluff your dress, fly your veil, fix your buttons and help with the boutonnieres!

Signing the Contract &
Paying the Retainer
Receiving the Gallery
If you both are happy with what you read and sign the contract,
I'll send an invoice for the retainer amount.
Once that is paid, we're official! Your date is reserved and
I will send over my Wedding Guide!
I will send a sneak peak within 4 days after the wedding day.
After6-8 weeks, you will receive your full online photo gallery!

Scheduling the Engagement Session (Optional)
Album Creation & Delivery (Optional)
We'll chat to figure out what date/time of day works best for the
two of you and I'll send over my Engagement Guide to give advice with outfits, the ring cleaning, hair & make up, etc!
Some time after you receive the Gallery, I will take up to 50 of your favorite photos and create an album with your guidance to make sure it is perfectly to your liking! You get your preference of color, material, text or no text, layflat or traditional book!

When Jason and I started thinking about how we wanted to run our business, capturing memories, great quality pictures and forming friendships with our clients instantly came to mind.
I loved the images I created but I knew there was something missing.
